Ok well i recently moved into my new house and we had some work done on it. Well the problem is that i dont get any hot water running through my shower. i get hot water running everywhere else in the house but not in the shower. in the shower the water only comes out warm at most. what could be the problem, and what could i do to fix it?

What's the brand name of the shower valve? It sounds like you have some crud that's been sucked up into the hot water inlet port of the cartridge. Shut the water off to the shower valve and open it up. Check and clean the inlet ports in the cartridge. Before you button up the valve turn the hot water on for a minute to flush any crud out of the supply. Good luck, Tom
