I LOVE my boyfriend but I'm scared to say it because he might not feel the same way

I am a little confused by your question. Is he your boyfriend or your ex? In any case life is too short not to say "I love you" if you have not already done so. If he does not love you, you'll know and you won't have to wonder and can deal with it. But if this is about a relationship that is over and he knows you love him, well, go outside, yell it to the stars and let it go.

If you love someone, just say it. If you don't get the response you want, then at least you know that he knows that you love him. It won't be the end of the world, but my dear, life is short. I know that all too well.

Although it may be scary, if you feel that way and have the urge to express it, let him know. Either he's going to say he does as well or heaven forbid, he might not. Either way, you'll know and you'll know to stay or you'll know if you need to move on
