Recently I have started to get pain in my left ovary, I just had a period (it was a light brown colour and it was so light I didn't need a tampon) and it just randomly hurts sometimes and it also hurts when I need to pee and after I pee. I have felt the area of skin on top of it and it hurts to touch it, it feels like its swollen and there is a lump there. I have had cancer cells in there be for and had I scraped out and all is OK now, I am 23 sexually active with my husband and I don't have any STDs and I am on birth control, could I be pregnant? Can any one help me I am really freaked out, please don't say anything rude or mean

You should definitely see your doctor. But try not to freak out. It could be any one of a number of things, not all of which are serious. For example it could be an ovarian cyst. They're very common and often go away by themselves.
