I have a Rheem HVAC classic 90 plus that will not light.I clean the igniter and it the furnace still won't light up. I had about 16 inches of water come in from the bottom. The top light of three lights won't come on.

How much of the system is working? Sequence of operation: thermostat calls for heat, inducer motor kicks in and runs and in turn closes a pressure switch, Hot surface ignitor glows red and lights the burners, blower kicks on.

Thermostat calls for heat, inducer motor kicks in and runs. I don't know if the turn closes a pressure switch, blower kicks on. The "flame light" in the lower part of the furnace doesn't come on. Blower blows out cold air. The gas switch is on and has been on since installation 10years ago. Water got up about 12 to 16 inches in it from the bottom and it's a up-flow furnace.
