I have a 16 month old. When my daughter was two months old her biological father had beat and choked me. I currently have a pfa against him which also includes my daughter. He is to have no contact direct or indirect, no inquiring, not aloud on my property or at my work. He has never paid child support and even before all this happened he didn't pay for one this happened he didn't pay for one thing for her and he saw her only a few times only because I begged him. He has been trying to find where I live because he wants her back which I called his parole officer and he said if he doesn't stop asking he will either go to jail or wd will go to court again. I made the mistake of giving her his name and letting him sign the birth certificate. Is there anyway I can get him to sign over his rights. I just want him out of our lives for good. She doesn't need to deal with this when she's older. He also has previous charges regarding domestic violence and a sexual assault charge with a 14 year old. Please help. I need him to I haven't slept well since all of this has happened and I'm constantly afraid. Is there anything I can do about this?
