Is there any way other than resigning from my position to halt the false accusations and lies that a doctor that I work with makes against me and the other staff? She makes false allegations once proven wrong she says nothing nor does the regional manager say anyhting about it again.The doctor continues to make allegations regualry while we have to spend time being questioned and proving our innocence in the face of breaking company policies.

If the regional manager does nothing go higher. Talk to HR. If there are other employees involved, then band together and go to HR.
