My husband let a friend stay at our house soon after my husband went to jail. I would like for the friend to move out, but I can't talk to my husband because we have a domestic violence order of protection right now.
What can I do to get his friend out? There has being damage done to my vehicles and he and some other friends have locked me out of my house before. The police say they can't do anything because he receives mail at my residence.
Please help.

You and your husband own the home jointly?
No lease was in effect? If not, then you need to serve an eviction notice. Please see the quoted information below and the sourced link for your state's Landlord Tenant Laws.
When premises are rented for an indefinite time, with monthly or other periodic rent reserved, such tenancy shall be construed to be a tenancy from month to month, or from period to period on which rent is payable, and shall be terminated by written notice of twenty days or more, preceding the end of any of the months or periods of tenancy, given by either party to the other.
Washington State Landlord Tenant Law regarding evicting month to month tenant (http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=59.18.200).
Personally, I would give the eviction notice via registered mail, receipt requested to establish day and date of notice. If he does not comply, you would need to then follow eviction procedures.

I will assume the husband is no longer allowed to live in the house because of the court order. At this point you will need to evict them according to your state law
