I've been to the std clinic and had a bacterial infection, that was like 6 mnths ago, they gaveme antobiotics, but I asked about my issue and she said I need to see an obgyn, well I don't have insurance. This is very imbarrising and I would like to figure out what it is and how to treat it, thank you!

How old are you? I ask because if you are very young, like teens to early 20's it might clear up as you get older just like acne. But if you are much older then its something different.

When you say blackheads, do you mean very tiny very black spots? I ask in case they are really brown raised bumps that might be venereal warts.
If really all just pimply sorts of bumps, you are going to have to use acne treatments, starting with lots of soap and water, thorough rinsing off the soap, thorough drying with gently pats of a clean towel and then walking around naked to let the air dry you more. Then astringents like peroxide patted on with cotton balls or a paper towel. Clean cotton underwear and outerwear, loose fitting for air circulation. Mild unscented soaps with no chemicals in them.
Stay away from sexual contact.
Try another free or sliding scale clinic. You might benefit from another round of antibiotics.

As joypulv stated... also if you are using skin creams or lotions in that area... you may want to stop and see if there are changes... thats an area that sees little light or fesh air for many people, and might be a cause of that.

I get ingrown hair and razor burn really bad on my inner thighs and genital area... whenever that happens, I usually just put some first aid ointment on it. A lot of people mistake ingrown hair for pimples around that area. Just make sure to wash everyday with plain ole' soap and water (non scented as that will irritate the skin more often because the oils can eventually dry out your natural oils) and sometimes even a body wash that contains a salicylic acid use on your inner thighs, never on your genital area that will definitely burn and rash
