Which one is better- the one with lighter hair, or the one with darker hair? Please help me decide. Thanks everyone!

My personal preference would be for the lighter photo... You can see the earring better... But to be honest, I didn't have much reaction to either of the photos... Basically what I'm saying is while the lighter on is better, to me, neither is all that great...
