I have a Hiel DC90 ultra efficiency furnace.
It has been sitting all summer, and I tried starting it up today. So I turned the thermostat on raised the temperature, the furnace starts up I hear the first click, then I hear the second click, then the pilot ignite's, the inside of the burner box glows orange but the burner's themselves do not ignite at all. Then the pilot goes out after a few seconds and then I have turn the unit off with the thermostat. Do you have any thought's

The Heil DC90 does not use a pilot light it's a hot surface ignitor. If the ignitor is glowing it sounds like all safteys are closed and the inducer motor is running. You need to check and make sure the gas valve is set to on and the gas shut off going to the furnace is on, if you use LP make sure you have gas in your tank. Dirty burners or bad gas valve will keep it from lighting if you have gas pressure at the valve.
