I was looking at my friend's mom's Kenmore 110.23032101, because she is complaining that it "moves around a lot" while in spin cycle. I thought initially it was just misloaded, but running the thing with no clothes in it will make it rock and roll. It is level, and after pulling off the sheet metal, I could move the tub around easily by hand. It is rusty, but the metal supports are solid, and it has all three springs intact and attached. I did find a large square o-ring that looks like it belongs between the clutch(?) and tub out of position, and could not put it back where it belongs(?). Also, there were the remains of plastic push-ins in the corners of the triangular frame that the springs attach to, but if they once held bushings, the bushings are gone. The washer does work, but she has it wedged between the sink and dryer to keep it from walking, and I don't think it is going to last. Any ideas? Thanks - Art
