What do I need to feed lobsters if I start a lobster farm and what work is necesery to be done

If you honestly don't even know what to feed them, you are not ready to start a farm (unless you are just an investor and having a manager doing the work)

So you really need to work for a farm and learn all the operations

Hello dear Chuck I am alrdeady a farmer I have sheep gots chickens rabbits pigeon genie fowl quail and partriges I love animals , but I don't do it as an investment I just want some fresh sweetwater lobsters to eat , I already built a tank 2 meters deep 1and a hlf meters wide and 4 meters long it will have costantly running sweetwater inside .I just need your help in knowing which kind of lobters to purchase what food do I neeed to buy in order to feed them what they normally eat in nature and what are their every day cleaning and sanitizing chores ,I could not work on a lobster farm cause here where I am there aren't any thank you very much

According to me you can able to start a lobster farm any work we can do first time in our life it doesn't mean that you have less knowledge when you start it you get so many knowledge and easily survive OK dear... thank u so much...

Ok,I am so sorry, you are just looking at a small tank, I had a vision of large lakes filled with them on acres of land.

Bascially before you embark on this project you may want to consider afew things.

1. Type of lobster to grow - It will depend on the country and water condition where you are located.

2. Stocking of Lobsters Fingerlings - Currently all or most lobster farm stock their farm with wild caught lobsters as currently Lobsters raising lobsters from egg is not really heard of due to the complex feeding stages of the lobsters.

3. Feeding of lobsters - Lobsters are feed with fish hence avaliability of fish is criticial to sustain your farm.

4. Labour - This is a lobour intensive job so you need to have dedicated workers for this project.
