Any ideas on how to start a formula in the future?
One of the variables in my spreadsheet is a future date on which a loan begins to amortize.
I need a formula or equation that will look in the cell to see if that future date is reached and then if yes, begin amortizing the loan I.e. Calculating interest and principal at that future date and every year going forward. Any ideas are welcome.
