Asalamo alakum
I was on heroin and drink also thiefing so one day before eid,I told my wife that to give money so I can buy clothes for eid and she offered me less money and I rejected it because living in a westernise country,I use to do fashion anyhow she went out so I thought she is gone out to buy clothes for the kids but after a few hours later she came with her mother,brother and our cousin who was my wife sisters husband and was my uncle son so I was really angry due to that my uncle sons brother had sort had half sex with me but it hurt so I did not do it properly this happened when I was 12 years old,I was young simple and it happened in asia country,but going back when I saw my uncle son came in with her mother and brother,I instantly said talak three times due to what happened when I was young then growing up older and then getting married,I had been so paranoid and angry,I even thought people were people were making signals at me and also one day my wife told me that my uncle son was peeping out of the window when she was going to school and one day also I visited my uncle sons house with my wife because there are sisters and he hinted out that do you remmember when you were young,I thought straight away what he was trying to say so I said I don't remmember?so can you plzzz tell me is my divorce done or not?
Anyhow later on I got married again and so did she but I went abroad and I was trying to bring my kids over to the uk my second wife's kids so its said on the form have you been married before ,I answered yes and had to make divorce papers because you don't need a job to bring your kids over so can you plzzz tell me is my divorce done to this stage? And since its been 24 years I have had my mental illness,I still take medication but am stable and am not gay,I have turned to religon and am doing my best to plzzz allah.The other matter is am 21 stones and I have diffuculty in shaving my private parts,can my son help me and scrub my back and wash my feet or I asked an imam and he said that your son is a carer so he can do it but someone else told me that you should use shaving cream and try your best what ever hairs is left over allah sees and while performing ghusal can I talk to my son and do I have to take 12 steps and then say the shahida kalima,plzzz help me me am so confused thank you huda hafiz.
