I have bought hugable hangers & am very pleased with them, however I have two (2) that have broken. Now I find out they have a one (1) year warranty. She does not tell you that on TV. Would like to find out what to do when they break. Does she not stand behind her product?

Your first point of call should be the establishment you purchased them from. They may well honor the warranty directly or give you the further information your require..

Abeblue, it seems joy manago has many fingers in many pies, not only hangers. I just checked in Google, putting in the name and there are many websites, I think anyone of them would provide you information.
