I have had my 99 ford f-250 7.3 powerstroke in the shop for about a year and they have tried every thing with it they have replaced batteries, emittions control switch, camshaft sensor,dropped the fuel tank and cleaned it, it doesn't smoke went it run.and when I drove it home from the garage it power like in level ground and when I had to cross a mountain to come home it didn't have no power 1mile hour and motor running wide open still want run. Now it want even start. Is it some kind of injector.or pump or what
