During home inspection, inspector noticed a vent in foundation that lead to the space under the garage (concrete floor). The space does not have access hole to enter so we had to knock a hole in the foundation so the inspector could look inside. Termite damage was found in railroad tie support timbers as well as the original wood used to form the floor was also infested and fallen down. How will we replace the rotted wood that sits on the foundation pillars without the garage floor falling in
