I can't remember the title of the movie! Does anyone know?
I think one of the two girls who were bestfriends was named Summer. And they had a close friend named dorris who runs a store (where they got the rats)
And I think the story revolves around them using the boys (who were actually rats) so they could have boyfriends/dates.
