What does it mean when my pregnancy hormone is not increasing the way it should?

It probably means you can't get pregnant.

If you are indeed pregnant, it usually means that there is a threatened miscarriage.

Um, Tick, you don't have the pregnancy hormone unless you ARE pregnant.

Wouldn't let me spread rep, but thanks J for pointing that out, will know that in the future. I just wish I could stay away from anything relating to healthcare/pregnancy and leave this topic up to you.

LOL, I know the feeling. I have that problem on some boards as well.

Now, for the record, hcg (human chorionoic gonadotropin) is the hormone that is produced when a woman is pregnant.

FSH (folicle stimulating hormone) is just one of the hormones involved in whether a woman CAN get pregnant. LH (leutinizing hormone) is another one of these hormones.
