Hi Please see my details below.

LMP: 23Jul11
Positive Ovaluation Test: 04Aug11
Positive home pregnancy test: 19Aug11
First HCG Level blood test: 22Aug11 @ 3,800 hcg
Second HCG Level blood test: 25Aug11 @ 15,000 hcg
First Vaginal U/S: 27Aug11, Gestational sac and yolk sac seen. No fetal pole or heart beat detected. 5.1 weeks pregnancy

Now, my doctor is concerned that my ultrasound did not detect fetal pole or heart beat at 15,000 hcg level. He asked for another blood work and one more ultrasound the week later at 6.3 weeks. My question is, isn't it too early to see fetal pole/heart beat at 5.1 weeks regardless of 15,000 hcg level? Is there any co-relation between hcg levels and heart beat? I am really concerned now. I do not have any spotting/bleeding/cramping/pain. I do have normal pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness, painy nipples, feeling tired etc.

First u/s confirmed that the sac is at the right place in the uterus which eliminates the ectopic pregnancy. Do you think I may have molar pregnancy? Please let me know I'm really stressed out. I can not sleep/eat. I am so worried.

Thank you in advance for your responses and help!

Please try not to stress out.. I know its hard to handle but all you can do is wait. Most OBS wait tell 8 weeks because sometimes the baby is a little **** and you can't find them.. I know that when I was 16 weeks they could'nt find the heartbeat on the doplar. SO the did an ultrasound and the heart beat was under 100 ( witch is bad) and was not moving. But then she rolled over and they found it. It was a prefict 158 =) so relax and try so so harn not to stress over this. God, wouldn't give you anything you can't handle.
