To design this feeder, need to know actual footage, and ideally, exactly how many outlets and the load in watts or amps at each outlet.

Solar may be an option?

1/4 mile of wire is $$$$, not counting fixtures, trenching etc. You'll need UF or conduit, weatherproof fittings and fixtures. The newer LCD solar are getting cheaper every day. I just bought some at walmart for $3 on sale. For larger capacity some have larger chargers for floodlights.
