If you wish to destroy your health. The only proper method of weight loss is controlled eating (not fads) and proper exercise.
Weight loss done too fast does more harm to the body than any good weight loss

First, OP, you need to specify the juice you plan to drink. If you mean Welch's grape juice, then you'll just get cavities and set the stage for Type II diabetes, but if you mean to juice vegetables and fruits into smoothies, then you're doing the right thing. Your body can extract more nutrients from liquified vegetables and fruit only because some cell walls of plants are impossible for stomach acid to breakdown, but when liquified, it's easier to digest.
You should also mix in protein powder as well, just so your getting a complete mix of nutrients.
Fasting isn't bad, and some health nuts actually swear by it. In opposition to eating six, small meals a day, there is this eating practice (I don't know what else to call it) called intermittent fasting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intermittent_fasting).
A balanced diet is always a good choice, but I also think it's important to shakes things up from time to time, otherwise, your metabolism will plateau. This is true with exercise as well. I think fasting on fruit or vegetable smoothies is a good idea.
