Prison and life as a sex offender.

They could range from parental interference to kidnapping to unlawful sexual contact with a minor, or molestation. It is ALWAYS a bad idea.

Keep in mind that no adult is present when you are having this intimacy, unless they burst in on you, so usually these things end up in court based on the minor child's reports. She might be angry if you break it off (or say the wrong thing), she might be just feeling a need to tell someone, she might or might not tell the truth, and the burden will be ALL on you. There are catch all phrases like 'risk of injury to a minor' that cover anything they want to charge you with, even if not sexual. You could be somewhere where something else happens to endanger her, such as a party where the cops are called, or in a car after which you are in an accident, or any number of situations that all add up to don't do it.

Actually yes , in GA, if the person is under specific ages, just touching them though the clothes will be an offense.
Showing them your ( not yours personally but in the general sense) sex organs is a crime.

Aiding to the Deliquency of a minor ( sorry for spelling) is a general catch all used, with it, you are not a sex offender.

And also where do you do it, since if it was in your car or somewhere public, that into itself, is a crime many places,

What if it happened 1 year ago?
And there has been nothing since then, and no contact with the underaged girl.
Will there be legal consequences then?
And by intimacy it is just some touching.

First, your threads were merged. Please don't ASK a new question for follow-up, use the Answer options near the bottom of the page for that.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. So we cannot give you a definitive answer without knowing locale and ages. If the minor reports it, you could be prosecuted.

The statue of limitation varies by the exact crime and location.
Was it touching with clothes on, on top of clothes or naked and touching. Was there penetration of girl with finger and so on.

Depending on where it took place and what exactly happened, they can still file charges and arrest you up to 7 years latter. Lesser time in some places

Intimacy ... but no sex

Ask Bill Clinton how that works.

Sexual intimacy is sex. However it may not be coitus or whatever the specific acts are which constitute a crime.

Under circumstances such as these, a suspect should refuse to answer any questions until after he has had an opportunity to consult with counsel.
