Actually yes , in GA, if the person is under specific ages, just touching them though the clothes will be an offense.
Showing them your ( not yours personally but in the general sense) sex organs is a crime.

Aiding to the Deliquency of a minor ( sorry for spelling) is a general catch all used, with it, you are not a sex offender.

And also where do you do it, since if it was in your car or somewhere public, that into itself, is a crime many places,

What if it happened 1 year ago?
And there has been nothing since then, and no contact with the underaged girl.
Will there be legal consequences then?
And by intimacy it is just some touching.

The statue of limitation varies by the exact crime and location.
Was it touching with clothes on, on top of clothes or naked and touching. Was there penetration of girl with finger and so on.

Depending on where it took place and what exactly happened, they can still file charges and arrest you up to 7 years latter. Lesser time in some places
