My dash is not working, odometer, speedometer speed, fuel, turning signals, and temperature gauge are all out. Before it went out speedometer use to go bezerk while driving like 30-120-40-0-70 etc. could this be a fuse or electrical wiring gone bad. I have a 94 civic dx cpe with about 213 thousand miles. A failrly new engine and transmission.

1. Test all under-hood and under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. See section X below:

2. Check ignition switch and harness. Do your horn and lights work?

Lights work, radio, heater, ac, windshield wipers but my horn hasn't worked in forever. On another note my car isn't starting which I think is the fuel filter or pump, but these electrical problems started two weeks ago. What is a test light or multimeter?

If the car hasn't been starting, you should read sections A and B in the link below:

You might want to get someone, who's experienced with working on cars, to help you. This stuff can get pretty involved.
