Hayley, it would help to know more about your dog and its history.
How old is your dog? How big is it? What breed(s) is it?
Is it a male or female?
Has it always been afraid of people or did something happen?
How does it act when it is afraid? Does it try to hide? Does it act like it wants to bite?
