I'm domicile parent. I let my wife take my two kids which are eleven and twelve during the week for school for the past two years but besides that I have always had my kids. When I gave her permission to have them during the week. She's trying to get child support and is trying to keep the kids. Since I'm domicile parent can't I just take them back. My kids even see me as main parent. What can I do to get kids back during the week? Cam I just say screw it and register them in school in the town I'm in

Do you have a custody order from the court establishing who gets them when? The only way to change that is to go back to court and get it changed.
