So, Im 19 years old and I found a white hair on my head today.. Im concerned that my hair might be already going white at this age.. im a redhead by the way.. I can't dye my hair because of the pigmant(sp) what could cause this? Could flat ironing my hair do this? I straightened it a few days ago and now I have this one hair.. very worried. Any imput or advice I will gladly take.

I know for a fact that stress can cause gray hair I have a few but then I got blond highlights and problem was fixed... I don't think a straight iron can do that because its really just burning your hair. Some people tend to get gray hair faster then others
