Oh... you are asking us if we have it? No, we don't have it.

I did write it down. And have used it two or three times. But the last few times I`ve tried. No go. Can I get a new password? Without bloodshed?

We don't have it. We can't get it. Maybe contact Kodak and see if they can straighten it out.
