Hi, my boyfriend has 'meltdowns' every few months and he is cold, distant and mean to me. He even finishes with me. He goes away and comes back to me and doesn't really say sorry. Its starting to really affect me and its making me insecure which is something I have never been before. I love him and 95% of the time he is fab but I am finding it harder and harder to bounce back from these 'meltdowns', should I end it?

If his "meltdowns" are wearing you out, then its time to talk about it, and see what can be done. If there is nothing to be done, then you put up with it, or leave.
