Even giving it away ain't that simple, because the IRS doesn't look kindly on it, and will impose a gift tax at market value. You could talk to a tax lawyer about incorporating and hiding it in the company or some such maneuver, but the laws are always catching up to slimy tactics.

Sure, it's possible. It's also FRAUD. They put people in jail for that.
