Doubtful, but if you want reassurance then you need to use an HPT.

Highly doubtful that you are. It might depend on the severity of bleeding. If it was light to little, you might want to get a HPT, but if it was heavy or like your regular flow, you should be good. My cousin had a period when she was pregnant with her daughter, but she was 100% positive she was pregnant when the period hit her. It was only spotting.

Don't worry too much or you might skip a period like I did. That is never fun.
