How do I evict my nephew, he is on probation and I allowed him to move in for 3 months. Since I have asked him to leave and he keeps coming back every day. Will not leave. What do I do?

In general terms, in the US, you give him formal written notice,
@ 30 days, but varies on location. And if he is not out, you file in court for a formal eviction
