You are mixing terms.
A battery's life is listed in Amp/Hours,
That means if the battery is listed as a 1.5 Volt battery capable of delivering 2 amps. (arbitrary numbers) it can deliver the 2 amps for 75 hours.
Is that what you were asking about?
