I missed my period this month and have been regular but my last period came twice once the regular time and again July 3-5 with only mirror spotting

There is no form of birth control that's 100% accurate, so yes, you can get pregnant, even if you're using birth control. The only sure way to avoid pregnancy is to not have sex.
