Okay, you are going to have to provide us with WAY more information than that if you want us to help you?
What's wrong?
Where are you located?
Just to get you started.

Which country or state do you live in?
Counselors in the U.S. often do counseling on a sliding scale and will take your financial situation into consideration. Also, there are affordable counselors through the county or township you live in. Universities with a behavioral science department usually have a free clinic available to the public. Psych students are the counselors and have psychologists and psychiatrists overseeing their cases. Catholic Charities and Lutheran Social Services may have a counseling presence in your area. Your local priests and ministers usually offer counseling services and won't demand you become a member of the church.
So, you see, there are many counseling possibilities for you in the U.S. and similar ones in other countries. Can we help in other ways too?

Why do I need to provide information?
All I need to know is where there is anywhere I can go free?
I am in Perth WA
I have all my past catching up on me that I have bottled up.

Yes, if for example if you were in the US, I would say call the county health department, they have referral to mental health that work on a sliding scale.
Do you have a religion of your choice where you can speak to a minister ?
