I don`t remember much about this movie. Watched it once as a kid and it stuck in my head. I think it`s one of those cheesy sci fi`s from the 80`s. It takes place on some planet. There is this guy (Mad Max type of guy.) He owns this vehicle in which he moves around. This vehicle has some tire chains on it. If I remember correctly he also has a dog. He meets this girl who is lost on this planet. I remember them hating each other at first, but then they fight some bad guys and fall in love.
