What if the child was forced to quit and wants to resume her education... do the parents have the same financial obligation even though the child is now 22?

The exact wording is: "Criteria for good cause. In determining whether good cause exists for ordering a postsecondary education subsidy, the court shall consider the age of the child, the ability of the child relative to postsecondary education, the child's financial resources, whether the child is self-sustaining, and the financial condition of each parent. If the court determines that good cause is shown for ordering a postsecondary education subsidy, the court shall determine the amount of subsidy... "

I see nothing to indicate that the Court cannot or would not order the parents to be responsible.

It DOES appear to be on a case-by-case basis.

I do see that child support runs: "or up to age 19 if completing high school or general education equivalency requirements full time and child is reasonably expected to graduate by age 19."

What does the current Court Order say?
