I stopped nursing a couple months ago (my daughter is now 21 months, so for the last several months she was only really nursing at night- if even that). I started on Levora birth control three weeks ago. I started it a week before I was supposed to start, so I didn't have my last period, but the doctor said I probably wouldn't. My breasts have started getting bigger, which I assumed was just a side effect of the pill. Over the past few days I have noticed that I have been leaking colostrum. Is this an effect from me stopping nursing, or does it have something to do with my new birth control?

Hi, although you have stopped breast feeding, you may continue to (forgive the phrase please), leak.
My oldest is 18 and I will be darned if I still leak from my left breast. I have had blood tests done to check the protein levels of my (spelling is wrong) gland and all of that jazz... Yet I am just one individual that has this issue.
I do have fiber cystic disease and every few months or so the glands will swell or pool creating pressure and pain that remind me of when my milk came in... Go figure for being SO LONG AGO.:o/
I have not heard of a birth control pill inducing such a situation, however you may want to talk with your MD about the levels of estrogen the pills contain which may have something to do with what you are experiencing. Birth control pills can be a blessing on many levels once the right dose is found.
Best of luck to you.
