I want advise on the ht26 (intensive concentrated lotion). I would like to give the product a try but want to know how safe and effective are the products for skin lightening before buying. And if otherwise what other affordable products can I use. Thanks.

I never tried it and don't know anybody who did but I know they sometimes have shops depending on which city you live. You can go there ask for advices depending on your skin type.
It's always good to speak to somebody and if it doesn't work
You'll have somebody to complain to!

Hmm... I have used it before. It does lighten but you need to be patient with it.
As for its safety,it is very safe. You need not fear. But like I said... you need to be quite patient with it

Skin Whitening, skin lightening and skin bleaching refers to the practice of using chemical substances in an attempt to lighten skin tone or provide an even skin complexion by lessening the concentration of melanin. Several chemicals have been shown to be effective in skin whitening, while some have proved to be toxic or have questionable safety profiles, adding to the controversy surrounding their use and impacts on certain ethnic groups.

The best way to affordably lighten your skin tone 2-4 shades lighter:

1) Peel off your skin by 30% TCA.
2) HQ alone after TCA or one can go for HQ - Retin -A Gel Not Cream (Cream contains DMSO which is a melanizing agent )is the best for skin lightening. Alternatives can be Azelaic Acid, Kojicacid, and arbutin.

3) At least consume 1000mg of Vitamin C supplements everyday.
4) Even in Home use a Mild sunscreen best would be (SHALAKS UV DEW 15+).
5) While Going Outdoors you need both Chemical + Physical barriers hence use sunscreen first and then a strong sunblock.

See the results yourself
