My Rpm's idle real high, I have changed, the throttle position sensor, spark plugs, Idle air control, alternator, Battery, Valve seals, I check to see if the Engine sensors was plugged in, Somebody told me that I needed to reset my Throttle position sensor, How do you reset it, *** help me my car Ben down for a month now, anybody?

Usually you need a scan tool to reset the TPS but I am not even sure if that is needed on your car. Can't recall any Chryslers that needed to have that... could be wrong though. If I was you, I would check for vacuum leaks first. That is what it sounds like your problem is.

I agree with checking the vacuum leaks. Possibly idle control valve may be stuck open.

You may have figured out what the problem is by now, but in case you have not, on my moms 96 Concorde when it was idleing really high even when warmed up, we discovered that it had a blown head gasket, and was losing vacuum through it. I hope for your sake it isn't that but, in my case that's what it was. Good Luck
