No one here can determine whether it's infected. You need to see a Physician.
An infected "belly button" piercing can be dangerous.

Actually it was a little infected. I started taking antibiotics and it's gone now

Never heard oral. Only have heard of topical (except for the one case I've talked about where the girl became severely infected).
So today I learned something -
