My boyfriend is being released from prison on Friday 22nd July. He has a son named marley who he has missed 8 months of his life. He was sentenced for 16months for whitness intimidation. His license that has been made by his probation officer is that he is not aloud contact to his son or myself. I have had social services involved regarding this and they are happy that dean is aloud contact with marley and myself. Probation have also put on my partners license that he has to live in swansea in a bail hostel although he has a home and he has to sign into probation 3 times a day. Swansea is miles from where we live and that he is also not aloud a mobile phone to contact us. Is there anything I can do to help my partner and my human rights so that this can be changed so he can have contact with his son and myself. I really need help with this as soon as possible because I have less than 72 hours to sort this out. Thank you

Is this in the UK? I have no idea where Swansea is.

Your human rights are NOT being violated. You also are not married so you don't have that argument from his side of things.

Social Services is "happy" that your boyfriend is allowed contact with you and your son even though the Probation Officer (and Judge) have said he is not allowed contact?

He either is or is not allowed contact.

Until you have cleared up this no-contact provision of his release, do not try to contact your son's father. To do so may jeopardize his release. It is not true that you "have less than 72 hours to sort this out." You have as long as it takes. When he is released on probation the world won't end if he can't see you and Marley at that moment.

I would also recommend AGAINST posting so much info (names) on line.
