21 year-old daughter failed a drug test in halfway house while on probation in Florida for burglary. She has been arrested for violation of probation and has a public defender which she has not met. Court date is in 5 days. Can we get her probation transferred to Pennsylvania?

It is almost a mute point at this time, since it is very likely that violation of a half way house will put her back in prison.

I do not see any way that a person who was in a half way house would be given and allowed to transfer probation to not being in any facility at all.

Again you can look at a transfer but after she gets back out of prison for violation of her probation.
