When he ignored my texts, was it pathetic and needy of me to text him again saying I'm here when he's ready to call me back?

Don't be there-ignore him-whatever his reasons are rudeness is never acceptable.

Regardless of how he reacts, as long as you do your part.

If you want to talk to him, then let your feelings be clear, which you clearly did. If he doesn't want to respond, then that's his choice.

You did your part, so no one can blame you for not trying.

Is he ignoring you to break up or why is he ignoring you

For crying out loud! Do you even know the guy? I know I ignore texts from people I don't know.

How do you know he ignored your texts? Did he even receive them?

I know that where I live (no matter whose service you are using) texts and calls don't always go through. Just this week my son had five texts show up a day after they were sent, my husband received a voice mail notification ten hours after it was left and I had voice mail turn up several hours after my daughter got home telling me she was going to be late. We all use different companies.

Now, if this person has said don't call me, you broke up, etc. then he should be ignoring your calls just like you should be ignoring his. It is called No Contact. It is very helpful in keeping false hope and confusion to a minimum.

Since I don't know the details of why he might be ignoring you, I won't say that the last message was pathetic. I think it was keeping a door open. If that is a good thing or not relies on whether it is a break up, friends having a falling out or a serious family disagreement. Whatever the case, let it go now and do not put your life on hold waiting for a return message.

Good luck healing and moving forward from this point.
