I am wanting to sue {Name removed} a guy come to my house giving me da patter to join the company he said it would be a 30 day trail then I would get a form in the post asking if I would like to keep it going which I didn't because the company and dvds are crap so next think I no they took money out of my partners bank account without out us noing I emailed them asking for it back been a mistake I guessed and we got the money back the next month they take it again,again I email them plus rang them and they said sorry we will give you a refund and cancel the account with them but I went in to bank on the 5th of this month they had but the money back but took it out again on the very same day I have emailed them god nose how many times I have kept them all now they are blaming bank but banjk have said they took it out on the same day but they never but it back in the account need help!

I doubt if you have grounds for a suit. This sounds like a typical subscription service. You probably needed to cancel within that 30 days and didn't properly notify them. You need to read the contract you signed with them, more carefully.

But this appears to be a bureaucratic screwup. You need to go to your bank and tell them to not accept anymore debits from them. It make take a few months to get this straightened out but the company is not refusing you a refund so no grounds for a suit.
