My partner got sentce for 2 years a month ago but before he got sentce he was on cerfue for 3 months should he get this taken of his sentce.

We don't even know what country you are in, much less why he is in prison. There's no way to know what will happen when he is released. If he's released on probation, he may have to follow all sorts of rules, and you won't know until then.

If the sentences are for unrelated violations, then its up to the judge to combine them. May or may not happen.
