My brother will be released from the FDOC in Oct. 2011. He wants to move to Missouri upon his release where he has stable family, a place to live, and a job. Is it possible for this to be done before he is officially released? What can he try to do on his end (he is currently in work release) and what can I do on my end from MO. To help get him here to serve his felony prob? Thanks!

Sure. He has a case manager. That is the person he needs to see. You can make sure he has a job and a place to live... That should do it.

I agree with excon, you will need to have a place for him to stay, where the PO will know where to find him, ( remember the PO can come and search that residence anytime) And you can help with having a job arranged for him,
