My Payne air conditioner is starting than 10 seconds it stops. It keeps going on and off constantly. IIt will not stay running. We were told our water line might be blocked and to put bleach down the line. We tried it a few weeks ago and it worked. Lately the past week its acting up again. We ran water from the hose into the drain hole to the outside and the water runs through. We tried more bleach and blew the line out with a compressor but it stills stops and starts. The furnace is only a year old and not sure what else to check for.
