If u can get to underside of floor, put wedges at location of squeak.Use glue on both sides of wedge.
If unable to get to underside of floor, then u have to face nail with 7d flooring nails. Countersink nails and fill hole with wood putty to match floor. When satisfied u have problem solved refinish floor.

Squeeking is most often caused by slight movement in the flooring. Tell us exactly what type/kind of wood floor you have and anything you know about the subflooring.
