Does My Mom Have To Give Up Legal Rights To Allow Me To Stay With My Aunt To Go To Another School ?

It depends on the school district. In my area you can live with a relative without your parents "giving up rights" to you.
You can also find your own transportation to the other school and pay for tuition.
Who is telling you your aunt would need guardianship of you - or whatever?

Hello Captain:
No. She can RETAIN her rights and enter into a visitation agreement with your aunt that allows you to attend a different school.

Hello again, Captain:
If your mom doesn't want you to go, it doesn't matter what the reason is. I'm not going to convince her that she's wrong.

Do what down here?
Your question was whether your mother has to give up parental rights in order for you to live with an aunt and go to school in your aunt's school district. The answer is, no, she does not.
I don't know what you mean by "rights." Are you talking about legal guardianship?
Some school districts don't care about the guardianship question; some don't care where you live as long as pay tuition (even in a public school) where you go to school; others allow you to live in one district and go to school in another if you pay tuition and/or provide your own transportation.
My husband is on our local school board.
And I agree with Excon - is this with or without your parents' permission?

No Its Not That. . She Thinks Its Illegal and Doesn't Want To Get In Trouble . She's Agreed To Sign Over Her Rights But ii Just Wanted To See Is There Another Way We Can Do This Because ii Still Want Her To Be My Mommy. .

She would still be your mommy. You aren't being adopted. Someone else is taking guardianship for a period.
You, your mother and your aunt need to speak to an Attorney.

Your mom can give temporary guardianship to your aunt or anyone else. If your mom does not have full legal custody, then your father may also have to sign.
This should not cost very much money, the local Family Court can tell you what forms to sign.
